▪ Sigma 3 - Hysis dynamic modelling to reduce blowdown times.

- Desalination unit.

▪ Talisman - Ensuring minimum isolation standards and updating of P&ID's for shutdown modifications.

▪ ISG - Individual train and full plant isolation procedures for REG, TEG, Krechba & Hassi R'Mel production facilities.

▪ Managed the installation and commissioning of a contact heat exchanger and ancillary equipment. The new process utilised flash steam from various high-pressure condensate lines.

▪ Identified and quantified yield losses at the front end of the process and achieved a reduction in losses through the introduction of a reprocessing stage.

▪ An extension to my contract led me to the engineering dept where I became involved in a project to upgrade the process utilities. My main role was rationalising the plant utility process diagrams.
