Career History:
May 2003 to present: Ascot Autoclaves Limited, Wokingham.
Position: Service Engineer.
Progression: Appointed to the M25 basin, with ancillary responsibility for the rest of England, I have carried some direct responsibility for most of the Company's key contracts.
My ethos of relationship building with key clients' personnel has been supported by a diplomatic approach to customer service, as well as care and flexibility in scheduling.
My continuing application of these principles has projected professionalism in both technical competence and reliability of the Company, myself and my colleagues.
My contribution to the resulting development of goodwill has been recognized by my Manager Director and by my immediate superiors.
Jan 1999 to May 2003: Johnson Controls, Harlow.
Position: Control & Installation Engineer.
Reason for Leaving: Career progression.
Progression: My appointment was based upon the need to bring sixteen newly installed GSK sterilizing units to commissioning standard, and to perform the service contract.
Once the commissioning was completed towards the end of 2001, I was offered additional responsibility for the installation and service of environmental equipment within the same contract, on the strength of my growing reputation for constructive relations with the client.

Reason for Leaving: Career progression.
Progression: Appointed in consideration of my exceptional record with Glaxo, I was given full responsibility for the commissioning and repairs of fourteen SEC autoclaves.
The service and repairs of ovens and glassware washing machines were added to my responsibilities as the commissioning work was completed.

Prior to 1996: Early career includes the post of Multi-skilled Craftsman with Glaxo, concentrating on the service and repair of sterilization equipment, and is based upon invaluable engineering experience in electrical installation with Hunting Engineering.
