WORK EXPERIENCE:

2004 - 2006: Employed by a company called Al-Jabber International Group with the position of Senior Marine Auditor, based in Iraq & Kuwait, being for the Re-construction of Iraq, working with both Private & Military Sector: The object being to access the massive damage, being to the Loading Terminals, Channel Navigation Systems, Power Distribution, Workshops, Underwater Loading Facilities, Discharge Systems:

2004 - 2000: Employed by a company called G.N.P.O.C. with the position of Senior Marine Superintendent, based in Sudan: Involved with Terminal Operations / Dive Operations, S.B.M. Operations ( Single & Double ) Storage facilities, Anchorage Systems, Marine Projects, S.P.Ms and Dry Docking Schedules as required:

2000 - 1997: Employed by a Marine Syndicate for the conversion of 5 Tiger Class Oil

Tanker's to U.S. Compliance Trade Regulations: All conversions carried out in both

Singapore and Los Angles, also including Dry Docking, Schedules, Re-Classification, Change of Flag, Ship Management Systems:

1997-1993: Employed by a company called Multi Group International ( Russian ) with the position of Senior Group Superintendent, being for Class Conversion of 5 Suction Type Dredger's, at being able to operate in Middle East, Europe, U.S. as required, from R.M.S. to A.B.S.

1993-1990: Employed by a company called Barge International ( Saudi ) with the position of Senior Project Manager, and involved in Offshore Construction, Tanker ( FPSO ) Conversions, Terminal Operations, S.B.Ms & S.P.M. Hook Systems:

1990 - 1987: Employed by Kanoo Marine Terminals ( Saudi ) with the position of

Fleet Operations Manager, and was responsible for 10 Bunkering Vessels, operating in Arabian Gulf, Workshops, Dry Docking, Class Policies & Procedures, Terminal Operations, Loading & Discharge Cargo, S.B.M.s and Oil Spill Control Operations:

1987 - 1982: Joined British Merchant Navy from the Royal Navy, with the position of

2 nd & Chief Engineer, Superintendent: Served on many types of vessels worldwide including: Tanker's, F.P.S.O. Supply Vessels, Crane Barges, Container Vessel's being for Green Line, Santa Fe, Mobil Oil ( South Africa ) Shell, Exxon Oil:

1982 - 1974: Joined British Royal Marines, and served with 41 & 45 Commando Units serving on active service in Aden, Sarawak, Yemen, and other operational tours: Transferred to Royal Navy Engineering Services ( Portsmouth ) and took up Marine Engineering ( Government Forces Grant ) and served on operational vessel's ( Frigates, Aircraft Carriers, Destroyers ) as required world wide also involved with M.O.D. Projects:

2007 PRESENT: ( BAKU )

Last position was for a company called Topaz, registered in Dubai, which in turn loaned me out to

Bue Caspian for a K.M.N.F. project on-behalf of B.P. being the client: Position was that of Senior

Marine Superintendent for the refurbishment of the D.P. vessel Tabriz ( 95 days ) and was employed on day rate @ $ 775-00 per day with 50% uplift, on completed contract: Was responsible for total Dry-Docking Schedule for both Mechanical & Marine works, total rebuild of both Bow

Thruster Units, and total rebuild of both Main Engines and all Commissioning work as required, on hand over, from contractors:

Also involved with all daily schedules ( B.P. ) meetings, and other additional work as directed, and

Involved with other projects related to B.P. Offshore Schedules:

2007 PRESENT:( INDONESIA )

After the Baku Contract was involved with a Special Class Survey ( 25 years ) plus conversion as

Directed by the client being the Government of Indonesia based on Batam Island: Conversion involved the conversion of 2 Barges converted into Fuel Bunkering vessel's @ 3,000 Tons each to supply the Coast Guard and other Government departments as required: Was responsible for all

planning-spare parts material dealing with local contractor's daily reports, dealing with local class

being A.B.S. Jakarta, and Third Party inspections for fitting of Hydraulic Cranes, and Cargo Tugger

Winches: Total contract time was for 120 days, and completed with handover October 08 th 07:

2007 PRESENT: ( EYGPT )

Involved with Drydocking a Supply Vessel 125m for 25 year Special Survey and also for fabrication conversions, being for next charter in India: Also responsible for selection of special specialized material and fittings for main decks and fitting of new 25 Ton A Frame, designed for Offshore Dive

Operations: Also involved with 3 rd Party Inspections ( Load Testing ) and the issuance of new Certificates, as required:
