PROFILE
I am currently the Service Manager for Swale Heating. In this role I have to ensure that the Service side of the Business performs. I do this through analysing K.P.I'S and M.I reports. I have to ensure that when my Contract Managers go to meetings with our clients that we have performed and have all the relevant information to present to them from the Service side of the Business.
I am in charge of 140 Engineers, 8 Field Supervisors, 1 Field Manager, 20 office staff and have 4 Office Supervisors and 2 Office line Managers as well as making sure the Contract Managers are performing.
I report directly to the Directors and chairman and report to them weekly in the Managers meetings, presenting the latest set of performance figures and statistics.
I carry out appraisals for all my Office based staff twice yearly and issue disciplinary action to both Office and Field based staff when the situation requires me to.
I am dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated, driven and keen to progress my career. I am a team player as well as being able to use my initiative and work well alone.
