Managed initial discussions with clients and developed project specifications. Documented and formulated Project Structure. Also responsible for frequent reporting and presentation of production 'Key Performance Indicators' (KPI's) such as Customer Service Level (CSL), Inventory Level and Short and Long Term Capacity. In addition to presenting on these subjects I also obtained all the required information and provided analysis to assist prediction of future capacity issues. This enabled a proactive approach to long and short term planning and control.
