Currently employed on the Ninian Central where I am working towards my REP status In the electrical Department, Carry out Maintenances and Operations on Electrical Plant and Equipment, I also do the Fiscal metering on the platform and Instrument Maintenances where I calibrate all the relevant equipment like the Pressure Transmitters and DP Cells, carry out Flow checks and Calculations, carry out all the proving activities and maintain all the sampler systems. I carry out all the Morning Reports on Productions and I carry out all the mismeasurement reports and Daily metering maintenance checks and do some instrument planned maintenances. Attend both Operations and Maintenance meetings and I assist in Production when they are short.

During this employment I served a four-year apprenticeship governed by the Scottish Joint Industry Board (sub governed by the Scottish Electrical Charitable Training Trust). As each year progressed, responsibilities grew in the different areas of the trade. Involved in work on various projects in and around Aberdeen including: Fire Station, Cinemas Complex, and Abercrombie Jetty. I have also worked on outside lighting and emergency lighting systems. I have experience with all aspects of the electrical trade and have also undertaken maintenance work in the Muggiemoss Paper mill. I have had experience in most aspects of EX work.

In the past I have also been foreman on several contracts, which carried the extra responsibility of ordering and stock checking the materials for the contract. Further to this I was responsible for other employees on site.
