I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated person, and from past experience have been known to work extremely well on my own or as part of a team. I am a person who likes new challenges and can use my own initiative when needed. Creating new solutions to problems can be considered as my forte. I'm an exceedingly quick learner and like to improve my skills as much as possible. For several years I have been studying Electronic Engineering and would like to pursue a career in this area.

Objective

I am aiming to find an interesting position within a growing company. I want to gain experience and develop new technical skills that I can benefit from, and further my career.

➢ 1996-2001 - Attended Smithills secondary school and passed all GCSE's.

➢ 2001-2002 - Attended Bolton Community College and completed my City & Guilds electronic servicing part 1.

➢ 2002-2003 - Attended Wigan & Leigh College and completed a BTec First Diploma in Electrical / Electronic engineering.

➢ 2003-2004 - Attended Wigan & Leigh College and completed year 1 of the National Diploma (OND) in Electrical / Electronic engineering.

➢ 2004-2005 - Continued at Wigan & Leigh College and completed year 2 of the National Diploma (OND) in Electrical / Electronic engineering.

➢ 2005-2006 - Attended Wigan & Leigh College and completed year 1 of the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical / Electronic engineering. (MMP)

➢ 2006-2007 - Continued at Wigan & Leigh College and completed year 2 of the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical / Electronic engineering.

I also obtained a 'Certificate of Unit Credit for Wiring and Testing Electrical Circuits', and a 'NCFE Foundation Certificate in sustainable Development'.

Previous employment

July 2002 - August 2005

➢ Worked at the 'Catalogue Discount Store'. I worked there for 3 years, and whilst I was there, I gained many skills. Some of the skills obtained for the job were -

▪ Assembling flat-pack furniture.

▪ Warehouse duties such taking care of deliveries, and organising stock.

▪ Assisting sales

▪ Customer service

Throughout my time working there, I had to work as a team, and learned the importance of team work.
