Assignment Scope:
Enfield PCT, facing significant financial challenges during 2006/07. Following the decision to top slice all London PCTs' growth by 3% in 2006/07 it is unlikely that EPCT will break even.
The brief for this short-term project was to work closely with all the project managers and develop the turnaround project plans and implement a tracking procedure to monitor the projects (Setting up PMO for the Programme).
· Conducting workshops to develop Project Plans for each individual projects - total of 22 projects
· Established the Highlight reporting cycle
· Guided project managers in developing related business plans and associated Project Initiation Documents.
· Liaise with Finance to obtain period actual and forecast
· Working closely with Turnaround Project Director; produced bi-weekly Executive Progress update reports.
· Maintained the programme Risk and Issue register
· Conducting knowledge transfer to the project managers where required.
· Providing fortnightly Programme Highlight report which outline;
· Progress of all projects
· Issues which require escalation
· Actions required by Programme Support Group to assist with delivery of individual Projects

Assignment Scope:
The brief for this programme was to provide project support (Project Scope work shop, Project Initiation Document and project planning and cost control) for installation of Climafuel units in Barrington and South Ferriby for CEMEX UK.
· To provide similar support as above for installation of New Burner at South Ferriby.
· To provide programme support with a budget of over £20M at Tilbury Port. The high level scope for this programme was to install a new Grinding Mill and all its corresponding equipments (Silos, Loading stations, etc.). The brief for this contract was to develop individual project plans and the overall programme plan for 800 medium size projects for Anglian Water authority. Carl Bro Group was selected to provide technical consultancy as well as management of all the projects for Anglian Water. The main objective of the programme was to replace existing operational but unsupportable outstation hardware with a modern equivalent.
A summary of the activities undertaken is given below:
- Worked alongside the project managers and developed and maintained a 10-month programme of works, based around 800 sites with forty tasks per site.
- Set up the programme structure and corresponding WBS
- Set up the progress cycle schedule and assigned point of contacts for each project.

- Agreed and carried out programme Baseline with client and internal project managers.
