Manufacturing Manager - Product Platform (light commercial air conditioning systems)

Responsible for developing the business plans of 15 plants in different countries for what concern products and processes under his responsibility, reporting to the Platform director (2006 sales 2.6 MLD $). He supervises every technology transfer; analyzes, approves and gives recommendation on the investments. He prepares analysis of productivity and efficiency based on acquired methodologies (TPM, Six Sigma, line production), with the support of the plant staff, to drive medium and long term strategic decisions.

Person in charge of Investment budget planning and management for Pirelli Tire Sector (200 Ml Euros/year) for Production, R&D, Logistics and Commercial areas, reporting to Operations Vice President.

In the context of development and industrialization of the new and innovative MIRS (Module Integrated Robotized System) tire production process, he was in charge of the optimization of efficiency, productivity, product cost and lay out for all the installed modules (Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, USA).

Manufacturing Manager - curing area

Reporting to Plant Director, he was responsible for production planning, manufacturing, productivity and quality of tires press area (curing department) leading a team of 3 supervisors and 18 operators (3 shifts, 5 days per week) .

Project Leader of Race Department Program (13 Mil Euro)

Coordination of activities to purchase and install the new machineries and control of the program budget.

Reporting directly to the plant manager, he promoted and managed multifunctional working teams aimed at solving quality, maintenance and productivity problems by applying the TPM methodology (Total Productive Management).
