· Over 15 years experience in a materials control position in support of onshore and offshore Electrical and Pipefitting Instrument Store man in an engineering environment mainly Oil & gas Industry.

• Supervision of materials controllers, & Store man
• Controlling the manifests & receipt, storage and location of all outbound containers and materials
• Preparation of receipt documentation, raising Over - Short and Damage reports
• Preparing and maintaining location records and spreadsheet for material and equipment received
• Coordinating equipment for backload & Air freight
• Preparing and maintaining containers on board list (spreadsheet)
• Ensuring consumable stock levels are maintained
• Processing purchase requisitions

• Responsible for the security of the stores and office
• Reporting daily usage of third-party equipment, drilling equipment and casing usage to onshore coordinator.
• Keeping records of all movements of electrical materials
• Monitoring rental equipment to minimize time spent offshore
• Cyclic stock taking, Yearly stock taking
• Monitoring and reporting company and personnel movements to onshore coordinator
• Effective usage of supply vessel in conjunction with other installations

• Experience of computerized stock control
