New fuel and oil delivery system for Canton Depot Cardiff. Working with Network rail and Arriva to ensure continuity of service offered by the depot throughout the works. Managing the installation, changeover and removal of old systems. Working with designers, purchasers and procurement to meet program. Co-ordination of various trades to ensure completion dates are meet by trades and project as a whole.

Part of a £200m Shopping complex in Plymouth. Managing sub contractors to practical completion and handover on programme. Over seeing the cause and effect testing, commissioning and remedial works. Administering method statements, risk assessments and permits as required. Completing consultants snagging for sign off. Ensuring logistics in place for deliveries, access and co-ordinated work with other trades.

Managing the redevelopment of London Underground Terminal 4 Station. Refurbishment of M&E services to comply with current regulations. Working with Tubelines and BAA to limit disruption to Terminal 4 arrival/departures. Co-ordinating trades during engineering hours working.
