Part of a £200m Shopping complex in Plymouth. Managing sub contractors to practical completion and handover on programme. Over seeing the cause and effect testing, commissioning and remedial works. Administering method statements, risk assessments and permits as required. Completing consultants snagging for sign off. Ensuring logistics in place for deliveries, access and co-ordinated work with other trades.
