Profile

An enthusiastic, highly motivated Project Manager with a good understanding of project management best practice in a multi-disciplined environment. Safely and successfully delivering projects to a high standard within agreed time and cost constraints. Using SPI, CPI & Earned Value within reporting mechanisms. Success has been supported from a wide reaching mechanical engineering background. Currently working towards chartered status via the Chartered Management Institute.

Present Position

Currently operating as Fuel Route Project Lead for Dungeness B Power Station on Romney Marsh in Kent. This position required me to develop the transition of Fuel Route investment work from station into Projects Division control over an agreed timescale. I lead a small team of project managers, project engineers and planners. The role requires me to liaise and work with Supply Chain and Contract Management when acquiring Goods & Services. Develop Quality frameworks and processes with the station Quality Management Group and stakeholder manage all the project specific interfaces. Using project management best practice, deliver projects safely, meeting quality, within agreed time & to cost.
