TITLE Senior Project Manager

Currently employed as a Senior Project Manager with a portfolio of 7 stations due for modernisation and enhanced refurbishment for Metronet Alliance under the Metronet PPP contract.

Responsible for the following:

• Safe delivery of 7 stations with an approximate budget of £120 m, form client requirement to engineering completion.
• Reporting directly to the Project Director
• Manage overall activities involving design, construction, Handover & Commissioning and Planning for all stations within portfolio
• Manage and coordinate Assurance and Compliance support teams ensuring client standards and procedures are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage Project Programmes, ensuring resource requirements are met for each project. Manage commercial team to ensure best value obtained and all programmes correctly cost loaded.
• Produce and present Key Milestone reports, monthly project reports and KPI's to directors.
• Manage support teams to ensure the client requirement and contract obligations are met.
• Manage risk registers - develop and manage best value solutions
• Manage major & minor closure requirements per station, identifying value engineering opportunities
