  • Manage and coordinate Assurance and Compliance support teams ensuring client standards and procedures are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage Project Programmes, ensuring resource requirements are met for each project. Manage commercial team to ensure best value obtained and all programmes correctly cost loaded.
  • Produce and present Key Milestone reports, monthly project reports and KPI's to directors.
  • Manage support teams to ensure the client requirement and contract obligations are met.
  • Manage risk registers - develop and manage best value solutions
  • Manage major & minor closure requirements per station, identifying value engineering opportunities
