Responsibilities include:

• Management and Supervision of QA discipline personnel;
• Management and Supervision of inspection personnel;
• Compliance Audits and Assessments of Suppliers based locally and overseas;
• Development, improvement and maintenance of the project management systems;
• Establish and implementation of procedures, project execution and quality plans;
• Active member of the Project Management Team;
• Training of project personnel in the project procedures, processes, & Turnover.

• Verifying close out of Risk review actions;
• Driving force behind the continued Multi-skilling of other discipline personnel;

Currently managing the implementation and achieving certification to ISO 9001-2000 at the Doosan Babcock facilities in Shanghai and Wuhan PRC.

The position provides support to the Project QA/Risk Manager and the project team from front-end engineering design to the current Construction and Completion phase of the Goro Nickel Project.

Responsibilities include:

• Management and Supervision of QA discipline personnel;
• Audits of Suppliers based locally and overseas including Philippine based Module Yard fabricators;
• Development, improvement and maintenance of the project management system with a major achievement of PED certification modules H and H1 being the first of its kind in the Australian Mining industry;
• Establish and implementation of procedures, project execution and quality plans;
• Active member of the Audit review committee, including the Sarbanes Oxley processes
• Creation of methodologies for dual language document requirements being a major challenge;
• Training of project personnel in the project procedures, processes, PED & Turnover.
• Implementation and management of the projects continuous improvement programme;
• Verifying close out of contractor design, HAZOP and constructability review actions;
• Driving force behind the continued Multiskilling of other discipline personnel;
• Quality Planning and Analysis, through all phases of the project;

Accepted a full time contract position as the Senior QA Engineer. The position provided support to a considerable number of development project teams who were exploiting numerous Oil discoveries in areas worldwide. Oil discoveries were converted into various Jack-up Rigs, FPSO, off-shore/on-shore Pipeline and onshore Construction projects.

Responsibilities included:

• Development, continuous improvement and maintainenance of the management and document control system of the Oil Business Unit;
• Quality & Assessment Audits of Suppliers based locally and overseas;
• Review and acceptance of As-built documentation &data;
• Establish and implementation of procedures, project execution and quality plans;
• Specialist NDT, welding engineering and fabrication support;
• Maintaining the Oil Business unit’s continuous improvement programme;
• Supervision of Oil Business unit’s quality personnel;
• Supervision of Oil Business unit’s document control personnel;
• Coordination of Permitting and Consents for exploration block areas;
• Quality Planning and Analysis, from Development through to first Oil;
• Driving force behind the Multi-skilling of Oil Business unit’s HSEQ Team;
• Co-ordination of contracted inspection services for procurement packages handled directly by Woodside for their Drilling, Exploration & Development campaigns;
• Verifying close out of contractor design, HAZOP and constructability review actions;
• Liaison with 3rd Party inspectorates such as Lloyd’s register and ABS;
