o Modelling Capex & Opex with Risk Analysis for major Oil&Gas Company. Operability and maintainability review for major projects in different energy assets.
o Review/Development of asset integrity strategies and inspection plans

Instrument monitoring of pollution such as atmosphere emission, phonic metric, electromagnetic wave. Risk analysis and certification.

Responsible for onshore and offshore Asset Integrity in two phases:
1) During Construction / Commissioning / start-up as Project Engineer within the ENI Engineering Service Dept. participating in and engineering Handover Committee responsible for inspection, corrosion and laboratory matters.
Review of documentation ensuring chemical, material, device suitability or applying reselection by liaising with EPC Contractor - prepare technical scope of work for tendering and awarding of related contract. Supervision of Corrosion Eng. team and Contractor work. Annual Budget: $5,000,000
2) During Operation as Advisor within local Client Maintenance Dept.:
o Internal monitoring by combination of Direct and Indirect Measurement: organize treatment, Pigging, inspection accordingly;
o Chemical management (with support to Process) with particular attention to Sour Gas environment: Dosage vs. performance, consumptions calculation - Recommendation Practice. RBI updating
o Plant survey (external and internal inspection on metal and coating, failure analysis, recommending proper repairs).
o CP system coordination of monitoring and repairing;

o Study, selection and treatment organization, coordinating with Nalco Technical Manager. Experience with the main chemical treatment of onshore and offshore regarding corrosion prevention/ separation;
o Contractual commitment respect in oil field, problem solving and support regarding the Company’s products / applications / solutions;
o Coordination of manpower in field;
o Supporting the Account Manager preparing commercial offer (bids/tenders). Reporting. Yearly sales forecast: $1,000,000
