Employed as a Planner/Supervisor for Shutdown Maintenance. My duties include:

· Carrying out site inspections with a view to removing and repairing equipment during a shutdown.

· Writing Risk Assessments and Job Specific Method Statements.

· I am a ROSPA certified Manual Handling Assessor writing Manual Handling Risk Assessments for the tasks carried out during a shutdown.

· Using PICS and P3 Microsoft Access databases.

· Writing Bill of Materials specific to each task.

· Using Maximo and EDMS Engineering Databases to inspect Engineering drawings, data sheets and P & ID's etc.

· Supervising and training a team of planners and monitoring work output levels.

· Supervising a team of Mechanical fitters when shutdown work is being carried out.
