DUTIES:
ˇ Review of briefs to know the project requirements.
ˇ Manage both subcontractor and others project teams on site.
ˇ Liaison with client and stakeholders on project matters.
ˇ Attend regular planning meetings with the Asset Manager (Client's Reprentative.) to discuss the contents and requirements of the briefs.
ˇ Write and submit scope report to the client for approval based on the site meeting
ˇ Prepared specific Health, Safety and environmental Method Statements and Risk Assessment for work to be carried out.
ˇ Prepare specific site files and Job pack for the work to be carried out.

ˇ Setting out of water pipes positions into the building and waste water out of the building according to the drawing specification.
ˇ The work also includes, Checking sub contractors work and ensuring the constructed part of structures are in accordance with the drawings and specification.
ˇ Setting out of ducts for the service pipes and checking discrepancies after construction. General coordination of the entire site.

ˇ Setting out the positions and levels of the steel columns, blankets and as built survey with EDM and dumping level.
ˇ Setting out of pile positions, grid lines for the steel columns and the hold-down bolts with EDM. Writing and keeping daily site paper work.
ˇ Monitoring subcontractor's work and ensuring it conform to specifications and the method statements.
