An Apprentice trained Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with over 20 years experience in industry. I have experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, building services, pumps, conveyor systems, Fitting, bench work, welding, installations and Electrical Maintenance. I have excellent working knowledge of PPM techniques, electrical and mechanical fault finding, PLC-s (Allen Bradley) and I am PC literate.

I was responsible for mechanical reactive maintenance and planned maintenance.

Duties included Building Services, fitting, bench work, welding, installations ,fault finding and repair.

Position: - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

I was responsible for mechanical and electrical reactive maintenance and planned maintenance.

Duties included fitting, bench work, welding, installations and electrical fault finding and repair.

  • I was responsible for all mechanical maintenance, planned maintenance, emergency and production. Fitting, bench work, welding, new installations and Electrical Maintenance.
  • Underwent specialised training in Pre-Press department - Hasse Processors, Polaris system, Nela punch benders).
  • Underwent specialised training in Inserting department - Ferag equipment. (Variable speed drives, wind/unwind stations, Automatic robots, vanreit)
  • Maintenance included working with Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PC-s, Network communications, Water recirculating systems and Installations.
  • Working on a variety of equipment such as Motor Drives, Chain drives, Roller Conveyors, Belt drives, Roller/brush Drives, Turntables,- Pakseal strappers, Diverters- and Palletisers.
