Profile

A highly motivated Senior Commissioning Engineer with a wide range of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating construction and commissioning teams to achieve required objectives. First-class analytical and problem solving skills. Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards throughout Commissioning departments.

ˇ Management and creation of all Commissioning documentation required to successfully complete any project and facilitate client handover.

ˇ Proven working knowledge of Guidance on Certification (GOC) system with ability to create required certification across all disciplines to successfully handover completed system to client.

ˇ Performing audits on construction / commissioning documentation to align with project objectives and client handover.

ˇ Creation of Commissioning CTR's (Cost, Time, Resource) estimates and management of project commissioning hours.

ˇ Attendance and acceptance of Vendor supplied equipment carried out at FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests)

ˇ Offshore execution of all required Commissioning activities.

ˇ Management of large teams of Commissioning Technicians & Vendors during project execution offshore.

ˇ Successful close-out and handover of a wide array of offshore platform systems to client for operation.

Petrofac - Senior Commissioning Engineer - Venture Assets

  • Responsible for the onshore / offshore Commissioning and handover activities for the Greater Kittiwake Area (GKA) Main Oil Line Export Project during October 2007 Shutdown.
  • Responsible for the onshore / offshore Commissioning and handover of the new DCS Migration Project to be implemented by Invensys during October 2007 shutdown.

January 2006 - March 2007

AMEC - Senior Commissioning Engineer - Shell Sigma 3 (Mature Assets)

  • Responsible for the onshore / offshore commissioning execution of numerous projects on Shell Northern Mature Assets (Tern / Dunlin / North Cormorant / Cormorant Alpha / Eider)

July 2005 - December 2005

KBR - Project Engineer - TCO CEP Rail Loading Project, Kazakhstan

  • Assist Project Management team with day to day operations of the project.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining input into various project documents from Engineering disciplines.
  • Assist Lead Commissioning Engineers with input and delivery of key commissioning documentation.

October 2004 - July 2005

KBR - E&I Commissioning Engineer - ExxonMobil Projects
  • Responsible for creating all system Commissioning procedures and certification onshore.
