Position was to complete the snagging and program retrieval on a social housing project that had fallen behind schedule.

Duties include Procurement, Labour Planning, Client Liaison, H & S Supervisor, and lots of Snagging.

Program was running 2 months behind and was pulled back by 6 weeks.

Time off for Interviews was agreed prior to commencing this position.

The position starts at the design level, moving through the setting out of programs. The compilation of method statements. Procurement, Recruitment and running of the works. Finishing up with the final snagging, testing and handover of the station back to the client. All works being undertaken in a very strict timeframe to an even stricter LUL Spec.

Creating a safe working environment where Health & Safety is paramount due to high levels of asbestos, due to the age of the buildings. Ensuring the full backup and support to the specialist sub contractors.

Working to the high specifications that are demanded by Network Rail.

Working with Hot water, Steam & Chilled water systems. Ensuring stable supplies and services, which are paramount to the running of operating theatres.
