Responsible for estimation of construction of large Air Separation units including steelwork, equipment installation and pipework.

Responsibilities include:

· Estimation, pricing, planning and management of large and small mechanical contracts in the chemical, petrochemical, gas and food industries.

· Completion of quotations & tender documentation for submission to clients.

· Completion of specific method statements and risk assessments for submission & approval of clients.

· On site liaison with client & delegation to workforce to ensure project completion to clients satisfaction.

· Issuing of contracts to subcontractors & monitoring of performance against agreed programs to ensure on time delivery of services.

· Planning of craneage and lift studies as a qualified appointed person in the safe use of cranes.

· Production of quality documentation on project completion,i.e.drawings, weld logs, welder qualifications, material certification etc.

· Construction of Nitrogen generator & installation of Coldbox pipework for Air Products, Isle of Grain LNG site, Kent, total contract value £620K.

· Estimation & management involvement of Gas Recondensor & pipework installation for Tractebel Gas Engineering Ltd, Isle of Grain LNG Site, Kent, contract value £2.6m.

· Estimation and winning contract for Cocoa liquor storage & distribution system, Cargills York, contract value £85K.

· Project Management of installation of Air Products Nitrogen Generator equipment & pipework at Guardian Industries Float Glass Plant, Goole, contract value £130K.

· Various pipework installation contracts for clients such as: Terrys (York), Guardian Industries (Goole), Victrex (Rotherham), Clariant (Selby), Tate & Lyle (Selby), Lever Faberge (Leeds), SRM (Knottingley) & Sulzer Pumps (Leeds).
