Achievements
ˇ Through improved costs, quality and efficiency we increased orders from 12 million units produced in 1997 to 30 million in 2001.
ˇ Through the introduction of more efficient controlled systems and automation we improved performance against standard from 77% in 1997 to 96% in 2000 and reduced average cost per unit from 62 pence 1997 to 23 pence in 2000.
