Hydrocarbon Accountancy skills and tasks:
ˇ Daily validation of field production, including use of PI ProcessBook for real time production monitoring
ˇ Regular liaison with measurement focal points for production platforms, Third Party Operators and Plants to expedite and /or clarify anomalous data.
ˇ Completion of component and product allocations in accordance with statutory, contractual and commercial obligations, including invoicing and billing related to transportation, processing and storage.
ˇ Production and issue of allocation and attribution statements and reports, within a tight deadline structure.
ˇ Monitoring of the day-to-day performance of IT systems, identifying shortcomings and initiating remedial action to mitigate exposure or to improve efficiency
ˇ Monitoring of sales against contractual targets and internal performance indicators.
ˇ Preparation of monthly and annual billing statements/reports
ˇ Assisting in producing and issuing a variety of routine and ad hoc Management reports and services.
ˇ Review of the existing monitoring process, allocation principles and improvement proposals
ˇ Deputising for the Hydrocarbon Accountants as appropriate.
Inspector Preparator skills and tasks:
ˇ Assistance in maintaining the inspection records system, which includes the handling of in-service, verification and analysis inspection/corrosion data and databases.
ˇ Pipework Inspection Procedure revision.
ˇ Technical drawing, including Isometrics and Piping and Instrumentation diagram (PI&D) analysis and CAD upgrades.
ˇ Maintenance of the RBI (Risk Based Inspection) pipework in an agreed structure.
ˇ Provision of timely and effective support to the Inspection Team
ˇ Introductory NDT (Non Destructive Testing) techniques courses.
ˇ Advanced Communication Effectiveness course
IT skills
ˇ Advanced Excel and other individual software productivity tools, such as MS Office suite, including the Access Relational DBMS, The Word editor and their interoperation)
ˇ Relational Database Systems competency
