RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Since leaving school in 1975, and doing my apprenticeship at 'Tenable screws' S.W.17. I have held various positions such as setter, operator, maintenance, production supervisor, manager and production engineer. This has enabled me to worked on many different types of machinery.

In 1999 I was asked to attend a training course on C.N.C programming, this consisted of programming various types of machinery such as GILDERMISTER, HIDE and HITACHI, SEIKI HICELL 23II, with MAZAK.

Floor modification work carried out was lifting floors on trains and testing the wiring for faults and replacing wires if faulty, certain wires could be crimped

Job Function:

I have worked in the pump depot for l and e pumps division at Griffith house. I have done mostly call out work for approximately 3 years on a 6 monthly contract basis. I have carried out the installation of pumps both fired on a bed plate and submerged pumps in tunnels and various pump sites. I've worked on various types of pumps including 3 phase pumps, star delta pumps, 110v and 240v pumps. This included installing new foot valves and non return valves as well as stripping them down and cleaning if possible.

Also I installed new pipe work if needed as well as replacing R.S.D's, M.C.B's and relays if required
