Duties: Day to day management of various projects ranging from Communications, Fire Systems and M&E. Primarily employed to manage all aspects of telecommunications projects.

Duties : Responsible for producing cable and equipment installation designs, and for proposing design solutions where problems are encountered. - Ensure that any design prepared combats, at source, any risk to the health and safety of any person carrying out, maintaining, using or visiting the contract works site.

Position: Senior Cable Management Systems Design Engineer
Duties : to produce Design Documentation, detailing cable management solutions for LUL Stations as part of the Connect Project. From high level designs produced by City link, transmission designs from Thales and radio designs from Motorola, with suggested cabling routes, site surveys are undertaken to specify the cable management required to fulfil their requirements as well as requirements for powering the equipment and any associated air-conditioning. To achieve these requirements meetings have to be attended with the relevant parties involved as well as having a good understanding of Transmission, Radio and customer specifications and standards. Additionally, production of In-House documents, Sub-Contractors have to be supervised to produce these documents to ensure they meet the required standard. Following approval of the design, the design is seen through from start to completion of construction with any necessary surveys required, to achieve this. The core skills required are good management, organisation and communication skills at all levels, the ability to work to tight schedules and good Telecoms and LUL Infrastructure knowledge. Passes include, LUL- Entry Permit, Fire Safety, Confined Spaces, Lift and Escalator Machine Chamber Access, Track Competent

Position: Senior Approvals Engineer
Duties: Responsible for approving all enabling works designs (Building Services, Civils, Electrical Power and Cable Management Systems). Check contractors works packages against Fluor construction reports for all LUL and Railtrack sites on the connect upgrade, covering transmission equipment, station radio, CCTV, PABX, GPS and HVAC. The approvals of sub-contractor surveys, direct contractor designs and system cut-over's.
Additional Duties: Attend site meetings to rectify all diversity issues on site. Write construction reports to allow enabling works to carry out site survey's and design the relevant cable management systems. Assist in site survey and station design, approving deviations from designs whilst assessing impact to cost and time scales
