I have had 30 years of oil production, gas re-injection and refining experience covering all aspects of projects, commissioning and operations within the British Isles and at several overseas locations.

I am personally both energetic and enthusiastic in my approach, leading by example in both setting and meeting demanding targets with a proven record of success that has been established through multiple projects in both Commissioning and Operational roles.

Throughout these phases of the project I was responsible and accountable for setting and delivering the project commissioning targets, onshore on the behalf of the AMEC construction yard as a member of the ETAP Construction Alliance Team, and offshore, for the project as a whole. The main responsibilities of the Commissioning Co-ordinators role were -

- supervision of platform operations staff including manpower planning, training, discipline, safety and welfare.

- management of the planned field shutdowns including selection, planning and implementation.

- responsible for ensuring all maintenance activities were carried out safely and to programme which reduced outstanding work and minimised disruption to platform operations.

Latterly was based onshore at Wood Group office in the role of Operations Representative on the ETAP satellite tie-in Project. This project involved the tie-in of two a new fields to the ETAP Platform with the addition of a new Separator and associated instrumentation and metering to the existing ETAP facilities.
