Estimator: Employed on the compilation of the estimates for various railway electrification projects: The Sunderland Metro, Sheffield Mainline Station, container base near Leeds, car park at Peterborough and the Glasgow Underground.

1998 Insertech (Caribbean) Limited
Quantity Surveyor: Employed on the electrical & instrumentation installation during the erection of an LNG Plant at Point Fortin in Trinidad, main areas of responsibilities were for the pricing and submission to the client of dayworks and extra works also field measurement.

1998 AOC Halliburton
Quantity Surveyor: Shut down on the Aromatics Plant Number 2 at the ICI North Tees Plant near Middlesbrough, Cost Control, Field Measurement, and Valuations to Client, Extra Works and general commercial duties.
