Experienced with surface mount technology, solder paste application, reflow, as well as through-hole automatic insertion, semi-automatic insertion, wave soldering, GenRad in-circuit test, burn-in, environmental testing, final module assembly and test.

Test Equipment Engineer

Engineering support of test equipment on a printed circuit board manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities included designing test equipment, troubleshooting equipment, and the

coordinating of preventative maintenance. Equipment included GenRad 2276 in-circuit

testers and Tenney environmental test chambers, for which I specified and supervised the

construction of fixtures as well as programmed the test software. Improved test yields by

implementing process improvements, fixture enhancements, and test program changes.
