| Since 1988 I have worked as a sales consultant, manager, marketing director and most recently as a training consultant. for the past 5 years, I have been designing and delivering training programmes for a variety of companies in different sectors, but mainly for recruitment companies. My courses have covered: essential sales skills, advanced sales skills, key account development, account management, management development, performance management, motivation and communication. All of my courses are bespoke programmes designed for the needs of the individual client. I have also acted as business coach to a number of business owners and have carried out one to one coaching to address a variety of needs with them and their staff. I also provide corporate coaching by way of strategic planning facilitation for small businesses. My background in sales and management has come through 20 years experience in the recruitment industry, working with companies like Reed, Adecco and Carlisle Staffing. I have been a consultant, sales director, branch manager, marketing director and head of training, before running my own business. I am now looking for new clients to extend my portfolio of training customers. |

I took on responsibility for training the staff in recruitment and sales skills during 2001.
I was also the director running the insurance and financial services recruitment team.
