Based in London, they provide the credit card framework to organisations in Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. With 350 employees across the region, the operating and reward environment is complex. Provided support and strategic thinking to the internal HR leadership team during the annual pay and bonus cycle. Due to significant corporate changes the pay review methodology needed to be updated and aligned to both the old regional methodology and the new corporate methodology. Over a two month period, working with an external data provider, I provided a framework strategy and individual recommendations for the annual reward cycle. In addition, due to new Executive Management, ad hoc reports, statistics and analysis were also required and provided. InfoPrint Solutions Company HR Consultant / Business Partner InfoPrint Solutions Company formed in June 2007 and is a joint venture between IBM and Ricoh. There are 1200 employees worldwide with 200 in Europe of which 40 are based in the UK. Initially started work with this client as a Hewitt Consultant working on behalf of IBM. Latterly, worked with the Managing Director and Senior Management team to set up the HR department in the UK.
