Upon leaving the Barclays Group in 2002 where I was a market research and marketing professional for 7 years, I then set up own my freelance market research business, added insight, focusing mostly on qualitative market research within the financial arena. Have since managed a huge range of projects, with particular emphasis on B2B, customer satisfaction, finance and public sector, for clients such as Zurich, HBOS, OFT and HM Land Registry.
