| Project Management and Delivery ▪ Service transformation (including Lean/Kaizen) delivered for NHS customers and major service improvement programmes for national NGO accounts. ▪ Strong Project Manager, with well-developed people skills and high-level theoretical backing; Critical Path Analysis, Dependence Analysis Critical Chain theory (including Theory of Constraints and Buffering). ▪ Rebuilt business development team, resulting in fuller engagement with internal consumers. Significant improvements in business unit turnover and conversion rates of tendering to contract. National programme of skills development for every operational middle manager. Services Marketing and Information Management functions established. ▪ Developed and implemented performance management system from scratch. Delivered successful project in the face of direct opposition from many of the intended consumers; who said it could not work. Within three reporting cycles even the most ardent critic acknowledged it delivered significant benefit to them alongside value for the corporate centre.
