| Project Manager Managing the HBOS corporate wear from design to rollout for 18,000 colleagues which includes providing the design spec., organising colleague focus groups, managing the corporate wear providers, ensuring deadlines are met and providing a cost effective uniform that meets HBOS and colleagues expectations. Ensuring the finance is available on an ongoing basis to provide corporate wear currently totalling over $5m every 2 years. Liasing with senior management re budget requirement, provision and analysis of MI. Liasing with corporate wear provider to ensure timely delivery of uniforms to colleagues, stock control, stock ordering and minimising write down of obsolete stock at end of uniform life. Responsible for the 5 year budgetary planning, quarterly re-forecasting, monthly reconciliation and day to day management of 2 cost centres with budgets totalling in excess of £4m. Liasing with Senior management and providing advice and recommendations on budgetary matters. Providing training and guidance to other cost centre analysts. Monitoring Motivation Bank credit cards and responsible for loading cash on to them (responsible for HBOS credit card with over £20k of funds). Analyst - Sales Leadership (Integration) Responsible for the 5 year budgetary planning, quarterly re-forecasting, monthly reconciliation and day to day management of 3 cost centres (Sales Leadership and Senior Management) with budgets totalling in excess of £5m. Liasing with Senior management and providing advice and recommendations on budgetary matters. Providing training and guidance to other cost centre analysts. Day to day management of Corporate Wear - provision for over 17,000 colleagues, which includes liasing with colleagues, answering queries, solving issues and being the link between colleague and the corporate wear provider. Liasing with Senior management and providing advice and recommendations on budgetary matters. Providing administrative support to Director, Test & Learning. Project Assistant Commercial Lending Responsible for a portfolio of Housing Developments in excess of £30m. Liasing with senior management in Housing Associations and private developers to ensure funds were available for housing projects. Writing Board Papers recommending funding for these companies. Agreeing repayments on sales of units Budget Analyst - Commercial Lending Responsible for the quarterly re-forecasting, monthly reconciliation and day to day management of 1 cost centre with budgets totalling in excess of £250k.
