| In 2003 I qualified as a NLP coach through Ian McDermott (ITS), and in 2004 I qualified as a nlp trainer through John Seymour (Associates). I can now add 5 years of coaching experience to my resume having coached clients in the UK, USA and in Russia. I am well practiced in designing and implementing bespoke training and coaching programmes, and I also have experience in putting into corporations a robust coaching culture to address people dynamics, which have included training others to become coaches. My Company now specialises in accelerated training and coaching for those companies that have particular people challenges, ie; low performers, team dynamics, company culture changes, selling in challenging times. We also supply a full coaching program that addresses the particular needs of the individual either within their work environment or the challenges we face in our day to day lives. Our tried and tested training and coaching courses have had significant results for businesses that want to continue to move towards not only being the best, but being a trailblazer within their own industry. Significantly, our sales training programmes have helped organisations to continue to create a positive ‘can do’ culture that looks forward to challenging markets, and an increase in staff morale that directly affects employee retention and attrition. |
