• Provide marketing communications consultancy services to the Chief Officer and Senior Management Team via my company Sienna UK Ltd.
• Responsible for formulating and delivering an internal & external marketing communications strategy and plan for Surrey Probation Area.
• Develop and execute communications projects such as: a new Intranet and knowledge management system to improve internal communication, and a new web site.
• Manage all PR communications, including planned and crisis management situations that often require liaison with Surrey Police and the MoJ press office out of normal office hours.
• Represent Surrey Probation Area on the Surrey Criminal Justice Board’s Community Engagement strategy and steering group.
