Replaced legacy PBX with VOIP enabled system in an International environment. Cutting Telco costs by 30% using least cost routing and VOIP. By building a close working relationship with implementers NextiraOne and Applinet including a robust statement of work, focused staff management and judicious allocation of internal and external resources, the UK office core was upgraded in one weekend, alongside 300+ phones, faxes and conference units, legacy digital equipment was also catered for. Further roll-out of MPLS WAN links to US office, and PBX links were established as the remote sites were brought on-line, due to business need the roll-out for these sites was carried out by stages along side the existing architecture 2000+ VOIP units were installed in these sites. In this instance prior communication and knowledge transfer to the business units was crucial to the successful end result.
Carried out a programme of move and change to Greenfield office space whilst simultaneously replacing core network and server infrastructure, implementing many new technologies, programme completed successfully on time and on budget.
Legislative Sarbanes Oxley compliance project achieved pass on first audit on all required systems.
Implemented file server architecture with scalable high availability SAN, Fiber channel and windows 2003 architecture including backup solution.
