Overview:Generally responsible for customising, implementing and manging the implementations of On-line (SaaS) ERP, CRM and Ecommerce applications (Mostly Netsuite). Often responsible for the roll out of new Online (SaaS) applications internally (staff) and externally (Customers, Partners and Suppliers).

Most of my recent work consisted of customisation and implementations of Netsuite Financial, CRM and Ecommerce websites.

I was asked to transition the company into "customer focus mode" through the use of modern technology (on-demand-SAAS, CRM, sales and marketing). The software chosen was Netsuite.

I was given the task of selecting, planning, implementing and running new computer systems to supprt clients, partners and suppliers internationally. Day to day task included:
• Gradual transition of internal systmes (Quickbooks, Act and Bespoke Systems) into Netsuite.
• Full responsibility for the customisation and running of the Netsuite products.
• Training staff in each country in using Netsuite.
• Guide the recruit and support 50 international partners/agenst.
• European Client Support
• Automated e-mail marketing campaigns (through Netsuite)
• Web site development and maintenance.

Web sites planning, development and integration. Inthis period I had the opportunity to work on CRM, Ecommerce and website development projects with software systems like Netsuite, OScommerce, Act, SAGE, Quickbooks, Acting, PHP, Java, HTML relation databases, Photoshop, Deamweaver, Flash, Plex and bulk e-mail software. I also work with on-demand (SAAS).

Most of the jobs went beyong simple development and often included supporting the client in their IT and business processes including the development of partners, suppliers and customer portals. Considerable time was spent in developing promotional (newsletters) activities, customising and integrating internal system plus training partners and internal staff.

It was during this period I realised how important Notes could become for large corporations plus the enormous ROI that they could achieve. I waited for Lotus Notes to become more mature as a product and then left Lotus to start my own company.
