Defined processes at Aon Ltd (UK division of the largest Insurance Broker) to meet Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) initiative, ran gap analysis workshops and collated evidence to monitor TCF. Support directors with solutions to address the TCF gaps.

Captured requirements at Cap Gemini to improve productivity of 300 projects on the HM Revenue & Customs account using the Clarity Portfolio Management tool.

Transformed Bradford & Bingley Group’s retail business from broking other lenders’ products to selling own products. Liaised with outsourced developers and managed product/software implementations.
