- Producing and validating robust, fully cost-loaded Programmes for Submission to LU in accordance with London Underground’s Master Projects Database rules and regulations.
- Updating programmes in P3e with actual time, cost and implementation information, and compiling end of Period Reports with EV analysis, CPI/SPI information and schedule summaries.
- Responsible for the production of Weekly and Monthly KPI reports
- Maintaining the company wide Capital Projects Visualisation programme, detailing all project interfaces and inter-dependencies at Level 0
- Mentoring others in planning controls/project planning processes and systems.

- Performing regular P3e/c database audits to ensure Project Control’s principles have been followed (activity codes, WBS, Resource loading). Validating Programmes for Submission to LU in accordance with London Underground’s Master Projects Database rules and regulations.
- Deputising for the Planning Manager in Lead Planner’s meetings and other main interfaces with Programme Assurance and Senior Management, when required.

Lead Planner to the main contractor, the GTJV, on the Tube Lines 7 year Track Delivery Contract, responsible for managing a portfolio of £150 million. Accountable for:
- Being the Principal P3e/c Database Administrator for the project, in charge of creating and maintaining a fully integrated and coded WBS within P3e/c in order to facilitate the tender process and support the project’s cost management system COINS.
- Providing the Engineering and Commercial team with Earned Value Analysis and forecast costs from P3e/c.
- Producing Tender & Target Price Programmes, indicative Resource usage profiles & Feasibility Plans
- Working with the Delivery team to develop strategies and/or new methodologies in order to implement a cost reduction programme.
- Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating fully cost-loaded programmes in P3 and P3e/c.
- Responsible for updating the 6-week Rolling Programme of works, providing real-time schedules of planned works against target price programmes.
- Monitoring productivity on-site in terms of planned versus actual by updating Tracking Registers.
- Production of possession programmes for minor closures (Enhanced Track Renewal’s and Tunnel Recon). Generating 52hr possession reporting documentation.
- Working on-site within possessions providing 2 hourly updates against programme, producing recovery programmes if required.
- Provide assistance to the Engineer’s and Quantity Surveyors on capturing Compensation events, and raising Early Warning Notifications.
- Assist the Risk Manager in the application and implementation of Risk Management systems.
- Key player in the project’s P3 to P3e/c systems migration.

Responsible for the ordering of all P-Way materials and booking of small/large Plant and Sub-Contract labour for the West Anglia Route Modernisation Project. Logistical responsibilities included highlighting any specific risks of potential issues with regards to the availability and/or manufacture of specialised materials (S&C, Coated Rails, CWR, and Conductor Rail) and the implication of late changes.
