Managing a Process Management assignment for a mobile operator in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Taking personal responsibility for quality of deliverables, job profitability and client satisfation. Dealing with Issues and Senior Mgt stakeholders. Leading and inspiring project team and client staff.

I took charge of the delivery programme (≈ £1.3M) of new service developments requiring Network Management Solutions. I’ve engaged with all stakeholders, communicated accountabilities, established a release plan and master control RAG sheet. I have delivered Service Management for multiple projects, implemented a new supplier engagement process and helped develop the Service Quality Management strategy. Example services inc; VF Messenger, Data Fixed Links, Mobile Email Mgt, Mobile TV and Next Generation Voicemail. This included new, large scale, IP infrastructure (Cisco) and Server clusters at multiple data centre locations. All successfully delivered to live Operational Support (ITIL model).

From project brief onwards, I managed three projects with significant benefits:
-eBilling and on-line call usage analysis. £1m benefits realisation plan for taking Corporates and Resellers on-line. Supplier selection, requirements gathering, hardware sizing, architecture and business case were completed.
-eDelivery. Implementation of secure Internet site to deliver data files to Customers. We achieved the migration of over 300 customers and improvements in customer service ratings.
-Operator Interconnect system upgrade. £350k budget to improve 75% of existing functionality. Platform selection, requirements sign-off, budget approval and management, hardware purchasing and strong governance were all required to deliver this project.
