Engineer, responsible for managing the laboratory facilities, the development and testing of new filter designs (e.g. for Concorde and Nimrod aircraft) and solving process control / customer problems.

Safety Manager, responsible for coordinating the efforts of the management team and implementing a new health and safety management system.

Quality Manager, a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved signatory during a period of organisational transition – this involved implementing the European civil aviation quality system (JAR21) and integrating it with the existing quality management systems. Throughout this period I was building relationships with suppliers, customers and regulators to continually improve productivity and quality.
