Learning & Development Manager

Managed a team of 9 trainers to successfully deliver the Bolton Site Training Plan and Service Level Agreement (SLA) to quality, cost and deadline.

Project managed a Quality Review Programme including 7 quality review personnel to successfully deliver a new and consistent quality review process across 7 sites.

Implemented an evaluation process into the Bolton site to ensure all L & D activity across 550 employees were delivering a measurable improvement to knowledge, skills, behaviours and performance indicators.

Designed and delivered a series of 90 minute workshops to develop employees’ ability to understand and improve the behaviours of self and others in line with the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Carried out a comprehensive review of e-learning across 7 sites and implemented a new one-way approach throughout the business.

Designed and managed the implementation of a modular first line manager programme across the group; driving an improvement in leadership capability across the business.

Facilitated assessment centres for over 300 employees to ensure effective recruitment of quality colleagues aligned to the company business vision and values.
