I am a hardworking and dedicated professional who has over 20 years experience working with a global IT company in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles.

Since 2001, I chose to follow a different path taking me into training. I now have 5 years experience of teaching IT applications to a broad audience of professionals.

During this time I also achieved a certificate of education, while lecturing at a college of technology to degree level.

Teaching the European Computer Driving Licence (which has rapidly become the “standard” IT qualification sought by many companies and organizations) was a major part of my role although I did regularly teach advanced ECDL courses. A number of business clients also wanted bespoke IT training which often required analysis of their training needs, preparation of training materials and delivery of the training itself either on their premises or within the training suite at the college.

All training courses were developed and delivered within the ISO9000 framework.

I also taught in other parts of the college including Computers & The Law to 3rd year degree, Principles of Leadership to 1st year degree students and Quality Management Principles to HND/HNC students.
