| My career in food microbiology started at the university of wales where I obtained an honours degree in microbiology, from there working for various laboratories gaining knowledge and experience in the industry, this has included working on site a food manufacturers. Some of my work has also included project work. The main skills that I can bring are the interpreation and understanding of microbiological results including shelf life testing along with trend analysis. |
