* Responsible for the implementation and content of the EIC web site using Immediacy Content Management System; have Global Administration rights over the entire University web site.
* Designed and built a relational student withdrawal database using MS Access, to collate and analyse student withdrawal feedback data using Excel (via ODBC).

* Database Management – Designed and built multi-user relational databases using MS Access to monitor all documents, a team contacts directory, a risk register and a change request inventory.
* Systems & Network Administration for PC’s and LAN – Installed and configured desktop PC’s using Windows NT 4.0 (SP 6) and MS Office 2000, the Server using Windows NT 4.0 BackOffice, Arcserve 6.5 backup and restore solution, and the Remote Access Server.
* Web Site Administration – Designed and built an intranet web site to keep the client abreast of the latest developments within the UK Online project facilitated by Dial-In access.
* Managed the full service Acceptance Testing for the Government Intranet Hosting Service (GIHS).
* Part of the Technical Design team delivering the Small Business Services portal. Responsible for designing and implementing the LAN, with remote dial-in using SecurID for the Development & Testing teams, the Fault Reporting and Document Management databases using MS Access and Fault Co-ordination.
