Working with all relevant Hazops and Hazans for the Level 3 In-active & active Commissioning of Area 100.
Carrying out all Proof Testing for Level 3 In-active & active commissioning of Plant. Validating and Re-writing Proof Tests of the hard wired safety interlock systems for Area 100 High Active Cells Writing of the relevant Work Safety Plans for each individual Proof Test.

ROV SUPERVISOR/ ENGINEER. 2001 - 2003.
Managed 24hr ROV offshore operations (Remote Operated Vehicle) with in the oil, gas & Subsea cable industry,

Responsible for the mechanical commissioning of the hydraulics of the compactor, on the sellafield Dry Pac. Testing all the hydraulic interfaces with the programmable logic control systems (PLC). Testing the entire in cave bogie transfer systems, and their mechanical drives, carry out all relevant test procedure and the relevant documentation. And the re-writing of any of the relevant procedures.

Carry out the validation and re-writing of the maintenance instructions for THORP Head End.
Completing all relevant safety & commissioning, documentation, and all the relevant (SPDD).
Commissioning & testing of the systems, which include irradiated components mechanical handling of remote, operated cranes, manipulators and other mechanical equipment
Carry out the commissioning method statements in accordance with the generic and ergonomic requirements.
Testing the recovery procedures for the remote operated, hydraulic & motor driven shield doors in contaminated areas.
