Serve as a First Line Console Supervisor responsible for daily and

long range coordination and planning: operations, maintenance,

technical, environmental, health & safety.

Operated TDC-3000 for assembling all information pertinent to the

chemical processing of Polypropylene for use in the plastics industry.

1993 - 2001

TOSCO REFINING COMPANY, Linden, NJ:

Process Operator (Field) / Polypropylene (UNIPOL PROCESS)

UNIPOL Overview course, Sea Drift, Texas USA.

Supervised and participated in the construction, commissioning and

startup of a unit designed to produce Homo, Random, and Co-Polymer

pellets for uses in the plastics industry.

Wrote Standard Operating Procedure manuals as per UNIPOL PDP.

Wrote Instrument Critical Procedure as per UNIPOL Logic.

Worked PHA/HAZOP risk management assessment and revalidation.

Trained field operators in UNIPOL theory and practical application.

chlorine via Ashless Dispersants process operation.

Console Operator / Ashless Dispersants Unit

Operated TDC 2000 for assembling all information pertinent to the

chemical processing of Ashless Dispersants, (motor oil additive created

to prevent engine sludge.

Execute Reactor batch operation for aforementioned motor oil

additive inclusive of appropriate mixing, heating, stripping etc…

Maintain mechanical equipment: and oversee it's timely repair

through completion.

Serve as Acting First Line Supervisor (Field) responsible for daily

and long range coordination and planning: operations, maintenance,

technical, environmental, health & safety.

Console Operator/VISTANEX-J/LM

Operated TDC-2000 for assembling all information pertinent to the

chemical processing of Butane, Isobutylene and various catalyst for the production of Polybutene polymer for use as feed by the Ashless Dispersants Unit also FDA Non-FDA grade feed by the LM Unit

Trained field operators in regards to LM/Vistanex J theory and it's

practical applications.
