05/2001 - Narva Ltd. - Swedish Building-Trade Company -project manager and mechanical design engineer

The Swedish company was founded in 1994. The company deals with overhaul implementation. The main activities of Narva are completion of Schüco aluminium curtain wall systems, thermal insulated panels, windows, doors and tin-works. 50% of the projects are made for export.

Presently I am working on self-sufficient projects.

My projects:

- launching the producing of accessory steel constructions into the company profile.

- designing of steel construction holding neon sign

- designing of air inlet grills, platforms, ladders and the accessory steel construction of buildings (Astra Zeneca, Skanska )

- managing of manufacturing (Swedish Royal Court)

- designing of aluminium shading lamellas and pergolas

- continuous active participation in preparing and managing of several types of aluminium (Schüco) curtain wall systems.

The Hungarian company is a subsidiary of the international company General Electric based in the United States.

As a member of the 'Development of halogen lighting division' my responsibilities were:

- Participating in development of new bulged glass bulb types

- Using of CAD construction design systems

- Recording on an American server the production documentation of tentative accessories

06/1999-04/2000 - Festo-AM Pneumatology Producer Ltd. - Leader of quality

The Hungarian company is a subsidiary of one of the biggest pneumatic attachment producers based in Germany (Stuttgart).

Working as a leader of quality - in addition to the planning work - my main tasks involved continuous controlling of manufacturing process, working out quality developing methods and organising the education of the employees.

My responsibility included:

- Working out of measuring technologies for difficult split chambered casts (using coordinate measuring apparatus), statistic analysing and documentation of the continuously measured data.

Reduced failures by 40%.

- Supervising of measuring instruments.

Hungarian Suzuki Shareholding Co. car constructor factory. Almost every weekend I work in the paint plant as a maintainer. We maintain the pre-treatment line.
