Continuous Improvement Manager / SAP Domain Head 2001 - 2003

Responsible for implementing continuous improvement activities including the roll out of TPM in order to improve manufacturing KPI's, improving workplace organisation and reducing change-overs through initiatives such as 5S's and SMED.

Feb 2003, Danone launched SAP R/3. Co-ordinated implementation for two manufacturing sites, managing a full time team of five project members and co-ordinated implementation with Accenture consultants. Delivering training and first level support to key users.

Responsible for 24 hr operation of five production lines, alternating between batch and continuous operation, and varying seasonal volumes. My supervisory team comprised eight Team Managers, managing 250 employees.
