All sales and performance targets were met in the first year, and the role and responsibilities were expanded to cover operations of the other companies in the Group.
Major achievements included turnaround of the main Group company resulting in a market-leading position in CASE technology and consultancy across an international client base, successful restructuring of IT customer support and training, and the setting up of new product distribution channels with companies in Europe, Australia and the USA.

Both projects were successfully delivered on time and within budget, meeting the strict quality and deregulation requirements of Government and the Stock Exchange.

Promotions to Project and then Programme Manager brought additional responsibilities for controlling development and implementation of standard business procedures and computer systems providing accounting and control over every single item of Rank Xerox equipment sold or rented world-wide.
Major achievements included successful implementation, training and on-going support at more than 20 Rank Xerox sites in Europe, Africa and Australasia, followed by implementation at the two Xerox North America pilot sites in New York and Mexico City.
